The Cottage at Windswept - a Bed & Breakfast Retreat

 

Enjoy breakfasts of our own farm-fresh eggs and Margot's homemade sticky buns.  Many things nearby to do such as antique hunting, trail riding, visit Middleton Dolls or cross the Ohio River to visit Fenton Glass, Smoot Theater or lunch on the sternwheeler to Blennerhassett Island.  Best of all, sit on the front porch and watch the alpacas grazing.  Free wi-fi and the local Parkersburg News newspaper, pets are welcome, a non-smoking environment.

Beautiful, fine alpaca yarn and roving, one-of-a-kind clothing items, cookie cutters, ornaments - all alpaca, of course.  "Tails of Windswept Farm" as told by Alfie the alpaca, written by Margot Justice, illustrated by J. D. Williamson.
