Tom Spohn has wonderful childhood memories of time spent at the Perry County Fair and is actively involved in promoting and scheduling events at the fairgrounds and is on the board. He is passionate about his support of the fairgrounds and all it represents - a place for community events and development of opportunities the fairground events gives youth in the area.
