Listed below are synopses of typical services provided:

Routine Office Cleaning
.
Front entrance areas are swept and doors are cleaned.
In office areas, trash cans are emptied, all cleared
surfaces are dusted, interior windows and mirrors
cleaned. Carpeted areas are vacuumed, uncarpeted areas
swept and mopped. Bathrooms are cleaned and paper
products refilled. In break rooms, cleared counters and
tables are cleaned and disinfected. Suggestions are
offered if other areas needing attention are discovered.

Residential Hauling
Clean outs of basements, garages, barns, storage unit,
rental houses and apartments include removal of trash
and proper disposal of appliances and other items
requiring special handling. To prevent damage to
blacktopped driveways, a 15-yard trailer with rubber
tires is used.

REO Properties
.
An interior and exterior 'trash out' and general
clean-up is performed. Grass is cut, brush-hogged if
necessary- and trimmed. Snow is removed from driveways
and walkways. Locks are changed, broken or cracked
windows are boarded. A thorough visual inspection is
made. If a roof leak is apparent, the roof will be
covered with a tarp to retard water damage until repairs
can be effected. If mold is found, a mold remediation
is performed. Winterization of the property includes
flushing water from pipes and environmentally-friendly
anti-freeze put in all plumbing traps, toilets,
dishwasher, sinks, drains and yard sprinklers (this does
not include fire sprinkler systems).

Rental Properties, Post-Tenant Clean-Up
.
Clean-up begins with an interior and exterior
trash-out. Walls and cabinetry are wiped-down, carpets
vacuumed and shampooed, bathrooms are cleaned. Grass
will be cut and trimmed as requested. If the property
will be vacant for a time during cold weather, a
winterization of the property will be performed.
Winterization includes flushing water from pipes and
environmentally-friendly anti-freeze will be put in all
plumbing traps, toilets, dishwasher, sinks, drains and
yard sprinklers (this does not include fire sprinkler
systems).

Entryways, porches, decks and sidewalks are swept. In
living areas, trash cans are emptied, all cleared
surfaces are dusted, interior windows and mirrors are
cleaned, carpeted areas are vacuumed, uncarpeted areas
are swept and mopped. Bathrooms are cleaned. Some
homes have unique needs which can be addressed.

Handyman & Odd Jobs
.
One-time or occasional jobs such as cleaning gutters,
after-storm clean-up, garage or storage unit clean-out,
post-tenant clean-up, minor repairs, plumbing repairs,
etc.
